I'm a real estate professional licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with over 17 years of experience. I am also a founder and retired CEO of a well known and highly acclaimed regional hospitality company in the tri-state area. I have been passionately immersed in the dynamics of customer service, project management, marketing, sales, and negotiations for two decades. Through formal and real-world training and experience, I've developed executive class skills in all these areas.

The goals and effects of my business practices are structured to create positive and profitable relationships with my clients, vendors , and colleagues. All my endeavors are focused on creating "clients for life." Through a focus on service, I strive to achieve winning results for all parties.

One of the core practices I'm committed to is what I like to call "The Golden Rule Process.” This involves treating others the way I'd like to be treated as a minimum standard, then thoughtfully and purposefully going beyond that standard to discover exactly how others want to be treated. With that knowledge in mind, we strive to accommodate their specific desires and exceed reasonable expectations. The outcome is complete satisfaction.

I am also committed to sustainability, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of my business. I hold an EcoPro® Premier certification, practice The Natural Step® framework, and offer carbon offsets through CarbonPass®. During the mid-nineties I worked on a U.S. Green Building Council team to help define aspects of the LEED certification for restaurants.
